Strength Fitness uses concentrated, comprehensive methods that will improve your total fitness—cardio, strength and flexibility—in a single 30-minute workout. Suggested training frequency is 1–3 workouts per week. Personalized programs are available for all ages and abilities. To find out more about our training method, read The Core. All of our personal training services are provided at our private, professional studio located in McHenry, IL.

Personal training
Individual Session Fees // Start at $50
One-on-one persaonal training. Simutaneous training sessions (1 trainer) with up to 3 clients permitted for the single rate. All sessions are 30 minutes.

Solo access training
Monthly Access // $49
A self-supervised monthly training program available to experienced Strength Fitness clients after completion of 12 or more personal training sessions. Requires a monthly purchase of at least 1 personal or team training session.

Better Body Blueprint // $140
The Better Body Blueprint is a comprehensive assessment of your current fitness condition—helps to establish and achieve SMART goals. Includes all 3 tests (1 before session, and 1 after session to measure progress).

Nutrition / Fat-Loss Coaching
60-Minute Session // $65
Individualized calculation of daily and per-meal calorie distribution. Includes tools to help stay on track with persaonal goals and targets. Meal planning strategies based on realities of your preferences and schedule are provided to turn your nutrition plan into a lifestyle that you can actually live with.
