All services are provided by appointment only. Each training session is scheduled for 30 minutes per visit. As a courtesy to other clients please enter the studio quietly and wait in the reception area or warm up on the bike, step or stretching machines.

We take the privilege and responsibility of our services seriously. To optimize everyone’s results, please limit casual conversations and refrain from cell phone usage during yoru workout to maximize your ability to concentrate on your exercise performance.

We realize that your recommendation of our services to your family and friends represents our greatest source of new clients. In appreciation for your referrals, your account will be credited for two sessions for each new client that purchases six or more sessions due to your endorsement of Strength Fitness.


All services and packages must be paid-in-full in advance. We accept check, cash and credit cards.

Your membership account will be charged for completed, no-show or late cancelation of schedulded sessions. A cancellation will be considered late if it is given less than 8 hours prior to your scheduled session without exception. One no-penalty late cancellation is provided each month to allow for unexpected circumstances beyond your control.

All payments are non-refundable. All pre-paid sessions expire after 6-24weeks based on the number of sessions purchased (i.e. 6 sessions expire in 6 weeks, 12 sessions in 12 weeks, etc.).

Late Arrivals/No-Shows
Please arrive at teh studio approximately 5–10minutes prior to your scheduled session. Due to our 30-minute scheduling, late arrivals may result in a full or partial loss of training time. The success of our program is based on efficiency; an on-time schedule is essential for everyone’s benefit.

If the trainer is more than 10 minutes late for your session, you will not be charged for your visit that day and will be credited with one free session. In addition, if we no-show for your session, you will be credited with three free sessions.
