Fortunately, in 1990 Brian and Lisa Gatewood discovered an incredible method of exercise that allowed them to break away from traditional fitness guidelines that are often time consuming, dangerous, or just unnecessary.

Strength Fitness Personal Training was created to encourage and empower our clients to RETHINK exercise, REBUILD their bodies and REVITALIZE their lives!

With more than 65,000 training sessions completed, Strength Fitness clients ages 8–80+ continue to expereince fitness success while maintaining a balanced lifestyle.
